Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington called to special
session by Mayor Leslie J. Weatherill at 7:30 PM. Councilmembers
present: Morrison, Geiger, Powers and Grable. Staff present:
City Attorney McCluskey and City Clerk Hower.
Mayor Weatherill recessed Council members into executive session
to secure legal advice from City Attorney McCluskey relevant to
Kitsap Regional Services Interlocal Agreement. Mayor Weatherill
announced executive session will last approximately one hour.
At 9:00 p.m., Mayor Weatherill reconvened Council into special
session and adjourned meeting.
