No Tax Parcel Number Assigned. n/h WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Palmer Avenue, further described as follows, in accordance with RCW 35.79.035 was held Monday, December 13, 1999 at 7:35 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington, and WHEREAS, the City Council did approve the Petition to Vacate a portion Palmer Avenue, as submitted by William J. Wiley, et al. and WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted compensation as set by the City, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THAT a portion of Palmer Avenue, is vacated as requested in Petition to Vacate as submitted by William J.
