b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Application for Carnival License - Playland Shows at SK Mall April 20-24, 1994 (license fee and insurance certificate have been received)
d. Resolution No. 1660 setting March 28, 1994 7:35 PM as date and time of public hearing on a proposal to vacate a portion of Bay Street and a portion of an unnamed right of way located
between Lots 23 & 32, Sidney Tidelands. (Approximately 100 feet west of Mitchell Point) Hearing date changed from 3/14/94 due to publication error
e. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 3/14/94 Council agenda: None as of 2/25/94
4. NEW BUSINESS:
a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: request from U.S. West Communications to delete Condition No. 4 from Ord. NO. 1549. US west proposes to donate a portion of abutting property to the city
in lieu of sidewalk construction.
b. 7:45 Public Hearing re: request for a time extension for Land Use Classification for property located in the 1100 block of Bay Street. Commercial Highway Zoning was approved to
allow construction of a motel. Mr. Ki Hong Kim, owner of record.
c. Establish Public Works Volunteer Program and authorize payment of Labor and Industries coverage for medical expenses only.
** d. Report on Bid Opening held February 24, 1994 - Loader/Backhoe
** e. Executive Session to discuss potential litigation.
