Minutes of the following City Council meetings: (1) April 25, 1994 Council meeting. (2) April 27, 1994 Special meeting (Draft Comp Plan Public Hearing) b. Approval of Claim Warrants and April Payroll Warrants c. Ordinance No. 1604 amending Ordinance No. 1586 by approving a revised site plan for the South Kitsap Health Care Campus located in the 400 block of Tremont Street West; east of SR 16, between Tremont Street and Pottery Avenue ( N.L. Olson and Associates, representing Harrison Hospital. d. Authorization for Mayor to sign agreement with West CD-ROM Libraries to obtain RCW, WAC and WA case Law annotation on CD-ROM software. e. Proposed ordinances to be placed on 5/23/94 Council agenda: None as of 5/5/94 4. NEW BUSINESS: a. Doreen Geiger, Department of Corrections to discuss work release. Discussion tabled from April 25, 1994 Council meeting to allow review by City Attorney and City Engineer. b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing RE: reclassification of property located at 322 Cline Avenue at the northwest corner of DeKalb Street from Residential High to Commercial General. The Planning Commission has recommended that this application be denied as a Reclassification but recommends that a Special Use Permit be considered for this specific use on the site. c. Dick Brown to discuss potential street vacation (Perry Avenue/Lawrence Street) d. Bid Opening held May 4, 1994 2:00 PM Port Orchard Bypass widening from Canyon Court to Bethel Avenue. 5. OLD BUSINESS: a. Review and study of City's Animal Control Ordinance (Health and Animal Committee, 3/14/94) b. Appropriation of necessary funds for the completion of the new fire station, 200 Tremont St. (Finance Committee 4/11/94) 6. REPORTS: a. Councilmember and Committee Reports b.
