Jacquelyn Stoner, Kitsap County DCD, presentation of the Sinclair Inlet Watershed Action Plan. b. Tom Donnelly request for City to approve a resolution supporting a petition for review of Kitsap County's Conservation Easement Program. c. Executive Session to discuss legal matters. 5. OLD BUSINESS: a. Request for City to install Waterfront Wildlife Crossing signs along westbay area shoreline as presented by Paula Sceili. (Street/Alley Committee 5/09/94) b. Matter of Council proposal to modify Zone Reclassification application to a Special Use Permit which would allow a bridal and tux shop in an existing church structure at 322 Cline Avenue. Review and study of City's Animal Control Ordinance (Health and Animal Committee, 3/14/94) d.
