Minutes of the following Council meeting: (1) September 26, 1994 regular meeting (2) October 3, 1994 Council Study Session b. Approval of Payroll and Claim Warrants. c. Ordinance No. 1615 repealing Ordinance No. 1335 and adopting definitions and regulations for mobile homes and recreational vehicles within the City limits. d. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 10/24/94 Council agenda: 1. Animal Appeal Board Ordinance 2. Proposed Ordinance No. 1614 establishing the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer. 3. Proposed Resolution No. 1679 designating code enforcement responsibilities. 4. NEW BUSINESS: a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: Barbara and Jerry Seitz, owners of the Pot Belly Deli & Baking Co., located at 724 Bay Street, have petitioned the City of Port Orchard to be classified as a permanent show or public amusement. The Pot Belly Deli & Baking Co., has designated live music every Saturday, Sunday and a Open Mike on the third Thursday of each month. b. 7:40 PM Public Hearing re: a Special Use Permit Application to allow R.D. Manning continued use of an office established in the Recreation Building of Arbor Terrace as the permanent location of its business. c. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: a Zone Reclassification as submitted by Public Works Department of the City of Port Orchard. The purpose of the meeting will be to evaluate the application to reclassify the 2 1/2 acres of property from Industrial to Public Property. d. 7:50 PM Public Hearing continued from 9/26/94: Application for a Zone Reclassification from Residential Low to Residential High and a Preliminary Plat to allow subdivision of 9 acres into 35 lots for single family residences as submitted by Jerry Clark for Heron Ridge.
