THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT: A Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate the westerly half of Farragut Avenue Right of Way, adjacent to tax parcel 4027-025-011-0005 (platted as Prospect Court), as submitted by Donald and Frances Heng, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, March 25, 2002 at 7:35 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A complete description is avaiiabie and on fiie with the City Clerk, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA. The aforesaid property is approximately 469.30 square feet. The Petitioner's are the owners of an interest in real estate abutting on the above- described area. The Petitioner's constitute one hundred percent of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35. 79.
