A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HERON
RIDGE.
WHEREAS. the City of Port Orchard City Council has held a public hearing on
April 10, 2000 and continued the Public Hearing to April 24, 2000 and approved the preliminary
plat for Heron Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat as set forth in Ordinance
No. 1794 have been satisfied, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE THAT the final plat of Heron Ridge is accepted and approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12'" day of August 2002.
