A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF FLOWER MEADOWS, DIVISION 1.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council held a public hearing on March 27, 2000
and approved the preliminary plat for Flower Meadows by Ordinance No. 1792; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat provided for construction of the subdivision in phases;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has filed with the city engineer an application for final approval
of Flower Meadows, Division 1; and
WHEREAS, the city engineer has reviewed the proposed final plat and has recommended
approval by the City Council; now wherefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council makes the following findings and conclusions:
(1) The final plat for Flower Meadows, Division 1 conforms to all terms of the
preliminary plat as approved.
(2) All required improvements have been made and/or sufficient bond or other
security has been accepted as guarantee for completion of all required improvements.
(3) The final plat for Flower Meadows, Division 1 meets the requirements of POMC
chapter 16.04, other applicable state laws, and local ordinances which were in effect at
the time of the preliminary plat approval.
(4) The final plat for Flower Meadows, Division 1 is in conformance with all applicable
zoning ordinances and land use controls.
Section 7. Based upon the above findings and conclusions, the final plat of Flower
Meadows, Division 1 is accepted and approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th ay of August 2002.
