1960 - Resolution - Date of Public Hearing on Petition to Vacate Right of WayRESOLUTION N0.1960 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE THE WESTERLY HALF OF FARRAGUT AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY, ADJACENT TO TAX PARCEL 4027-025-008-0208, (platted as Prospect Court), AS SUBMITTED BY PATRICIA BARNES. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT: A Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate the westerly half of Farragut Avenue Right of Way, adjacent to tax parcel 4027-025-008-0208 (platted as Prospect Court), as submitted by Patricia Barnes, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, February 11, 2002 at 7:35 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A complete description is available and on file with the City Clerk, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA. The aforesaid property is approximately 2,300.14 square feet. The Petitioner's are the owners of an interest in real estate abutting on the above- described area. The Petitioner's constitute one hundred percent of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
