A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1830
WHEREAS, the city has entered into individual employment memorandum and agreement
with employees whose employment position is classified as Police Sergeant, and
WHEREAS, the individual employment memorandum and agreement set forth all
employment benefits that previously have been established by council resolution, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 1830 is hereby repealed in its entirety
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, AFPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12th day of M h 2001.
