A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE OBLIGATION OF FUNDING
FOR THE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT SR 166 (BAY
STREET) AND FREDERICK AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has listed the downtown improvements on
Bay Street, to include traffic calming devices, in the Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program; and
WHEREAS, this project has been selected for funding in the WSDOT Hazard
Elimination Program, now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard is authorized to sign the necessary
documents to obligate the funding and begin the design process for the
intersection improvements at SR 166 (Bay Street) and Frederick Avenue.
