BB Ki \sop Co, WA RESOLUTION NO. 1953 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1194 AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 0007 FOR THE OFFICES LOCATED AT 608 SIDNEY AVENUE. Tax Account No. 4059-002-010-0006 Legal Description: SW 14 of SE Y. of Section 26, Township 24, Range 1 E, Sweany's Addition to Sidney, Lot 10, Block 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Volume 1 of plats, page 55, Records of Kitsap County, Washington. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission recommended approval of Special Use Permit No. 0007 on November 23, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved Special Use Permit No. 0007 on January 23, 1978 with Resolution No. 1194; and WHEREAS, Special Use Permit No. 0007 provided for professional and non-retail uses of the property with two land use conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 1194 and approved at the City Council Public Hearing on December 12, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 1918 which encourages Kitsap County offices on the property; now therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HERE RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: THAT: Resolution No. 1194 and Special Use Penmit No. 0007 are hereby modified by amending Condition of Approval Number 1 as follows: Conditions of Approval: (1) The uses (other than a dwelling unit) of the property be limited to a law office and an escrow service or to Kitsap County Offices.
