A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1887 AND DESIGNATING THE CITY
PLANNER AS THE SHORELINE ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has adopted its Shoreline Master Program, and
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Master Program requires a designated Shoreline Administrator to
manage the program and be responsible for its implementation, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Planner, Robert Wenman, is hereby designated as the Shoreline
Administrator for the City of Port Orchard and shall fulfil the responsibilities as described in
Part XI, of the City's Shoreline Master Program
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this s'h day of May 2000.
