A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1888 AND DESIGNATING THE CITY
PLANNER AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE OFFICIAL.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard allows for administrative
variances, as described in Ordinance No. 1748 (Zoning Ordinance) and Resolution No. 1844 (Review
Procedures for Land Use Development Applications), and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance establishes the duties of the Administrative Variance
Official, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Planner, Robert Wenman, is hereby designated the Administrative
Variance Official and shall fulfill the responsibilities as described in Ordinance No. 17 48
(Zoning Ordinance) and Resolution No. 1844 (Review Procedures for Land Use
Development Applications).
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of May 2 .
