1897 - Resolution - Amending Resolution Nos. 1820 and 1866 Designating Code Enforcement Officer ResponsibilitiesRESOLUTION NO. 1897 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 1820 AND 1866 DESIGNATING CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES. WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has an obligation to protect the welfare of the citizens, and; WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has established various ordinances to regulate land use actions, public nuisances and similar activities, now, therefore; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING: The Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to perform the code enforcement duties as specified in Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.64 and any subsequent amending ordinances and/or regulation thereto. The City Planner and/or Associate Planner are authorized to perform the code enforcement duties as specified in Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.64 and any subsequent amending ordinances and/or regulation thereto. The City Clerk is responsible for maintaining a file copy of the Code Enforcement Procedures Manual, which will be the City's Official Copy. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12th day of June, 2000. LESLIE J.
