A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 2001
FORD 550XL.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1912 establishes procedures for the purchasing of material,
services and labor by the City of Port Orchard; and
WHEREAS, purchases in excess of $25,000 require approval by City Council Resolution;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON:
The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard is authorized to purchase a 2001 Ford F550 XL
from the State of Washington contract services.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26"' day of December 2000.
