A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF AIDAN PLACE
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council has held a public hearing on
June 26, 1995 and approved the preliminary plat for Aidan Place Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat as set forth in Ordinance
Nos. 1632, 1739 and 1759 have been satisfied, now therefore,
RESOLVE:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY
That the final plat of Aldan Place Subdivision is accepted and approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 10th day of May 1999
