A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ROCKPORT
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council held a public hearing on May
13, 1996 and approved the preliminary plat for Golden Pond Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat are as set forth in
Ordinance Nos. 1635, 1738 and 1758 have been satisfied, now therefore,
RESOLVE:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY
That the final plat of Rockport Subdivision is accepted and approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 261h day of April, 1999
