A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SUBMIT CLAIMS IN REGARD
TO THE LOUISIANA-PACIFIC INNER -SEAL SIDING LITIGATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard owns the fire station and real property at 200
Tremont Street;
WHEREAS, the fire station at 200 Tremont Street used Louisiana-Pacific Inner -Seal
Siding; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has decided to submit a claim in the Louisiana-
Pacific Inner -Seal Siding litigation, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City Engineer, Lawrence J. Curles, is authorized to sign all necessary documents in
regards to the City's claim in the Louisiana-Pacific Inner -Seal Siding litigation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 271" day of September 1999.
