A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ACCEPTING THE PORT ORCHARD CITY HALL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard through the Rural Development Administration has
completed its City Hall Project; and
WHEREAS, the Rural Development Administration requires the city to accept said City
Hall Project when completed, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City of Port Orchard hereby accepts its City Hall Project as complete. The
terms and conditions of the contracts dealing with said City Hall Project have
been met and the project is complete.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Cleric in authentication of such passage this 22"d day of November 1999.
