RESOLUTION NO. 1760'//
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND LOAN FOR THE
STREET FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
The City Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is
authorized to make a temporary interest free interfund loan as needed, to be
repaid, as revenues in excess of expenditures are received, by December 31,
1997:
From the Current Expense Fund to the Street Fund.
Projected repayment would be during months of anticipated
property tax remittances, which are May, June, November and December.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
27th day of January, 1997.
