A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, CREATING A CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
POSITION WITHIN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND
PROVIDING FOR THE SALARY THEREOF.
WHEREAS: The job description attached hereto and with the
salary as set forth have been reviewed by the Mayor and Councilmembers, and
WHEREAS: The City Engineer recommends creation of a new
position within the Engineering Department. This position will serve as the
resident inspector for the City Hall Construction project. Upon completion of
the project, the position will have additional responsibilities as outlined in
the attached job description.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington does hereby establish a Construction Engineer
position within the Engineering Department at the salary of $2,500 per month.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
10th day of February, 1997.
