A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE OBLIGATION OF FUNDING
FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT TREMONT STREET AND THE
PORT ORCHARD BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has listed the Traffic Signal at the intersection
of Tremont Street and the Port Orchard Boulevard in the Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program; and
WHEREAS, this project has been identified in the Transportation Improvement
Program of the Puget Sound Regional Council for $170,000 of federal funding, now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard is authorized to sign the necessary
documents to obligate the funding and begin the design process for the
traffic signal at the intersection of Tremont Street and the Port Orchard
Boulevard.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8 y of December, 1997.
