A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CASTLE GATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council has held a public
hearing on February 27, 1995 and approved the preliminary plat for Castle
Gate; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat as set forth
in Ordinance No. 1629 have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT the final plat of Castle Gate is accepted and approved.
