A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF CONCURRENCY.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard is required to issue
Certificates of Concurrency; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of a Certificate requires staff time and
resources;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY ESTABLISH THE FOLLOWING CHARGES FOR CERTIFICATES OF CONCURRENCY:
ROADS: Ten Dollars ($10.00)
WATER: Ten Dollars ($10.00)
SEWER: Ten Dollars ($10.00)
The fees for a Certificate of Concurrency shall be paid prior to
its issuance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
22nd day of January, 1996
