A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY FOR HORSTMAN ROAD
WHEREAS, Horstman Road is a City Street, and
WHEREAS, additional right of way has been transferred from Kitsap
County with its Resolution No. 043-1996, and
WHEREAS, it is more efficient for maintenance and police service to
have a roadway entirely in one jurisdiction;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City of Port Orchard accepts the property as described in Kitsap
County Resolution No. 043-1996 as additional right of way for
Horstman Road.
The City of Port Orchard accepts the boundary adjustment between the
City of Port Orchard and Kitsap County, as depicted in Kitsap County
Resolution No. 043-1996.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 11th day
of March, 1996.
