A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ESTABLISHING SEWER INSTALLATION STANDARDS FOR McCORMICK
WOODS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has assumed the McCormick Woods
sewer service responsibilities from Kitsap County; and
WHEREAS, Kitsap County had established policies for the installation
of sanitary sewers at McCormick Woods;
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
resolve the following:
The City of Port Orchard shall adopt the established standards used
by Kitsap County to install and maintain sanitary sewers at McCormick Woods.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of s passage this 22nd day
of April, 1996. i
