A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE NEW BYLAWS OF THE
KITSAP REGIONAL COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the Kitsap Regional Council is an effective means for the
local governments to communicate and coordinate; and
WHEREAS, the Kitsap Regional Council has reorganized and has 41
revised its bylaws;
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard is authorized to
sign the interlocal agreement which adopts the new
bylaws of the Kitsap Regional Counci1.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication f such passage this
10th day of June, 1996.
