A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HIGHLANDS AT ROSS CREEK,
DIVISION 1.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard approved the Preliminary Plat of
Subdivision 91-2 with Ordinance Nos. 1600, 1546 and 1537; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat requirements of Ordinance Nos. 1600,
1546 and 1537 have been fulfilled or bonds have been posted to assure
completion of the necessary requirements;
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
1. The Final Plat for Subdivision 91-2 is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to sign the Plat documents.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
13th day of May, 1996
