A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND TRANSFER LOAN
FOR THE STREET FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is
authorized to make a temporary interfund transfer loan as needed, to be repaid
by December 31, 1996 with interest at 5.5% per annum:
From the Current Expense Fund to the Street Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
23rd day of September, 1996.
