A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON FINDING ROBERT V. JONES, (Vice
President -Director of Operations of Hubb's Inc.,)
AS THE OPERATOR, MANAGER OR AGENT OF A PERMANENT
SHOW; PUBLIC DANCE OR AMUSEMENT CENTER.
WHEREAS, Robert V. Jones, (Vice President -Director of Operations of
Hubb's Inc.,) did petition the City of Port Orchard, requesting permission to
operate and manage public acoustical music show and public dancing at 1468 Olney
Avenue, Suite 103/104, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard did hold a
public hearing on January 23, 1995 as required in P.O.M.C. 5.20.020 to consider
Robert V. Jones, Vice President -Director of Operations of Hubb's Inc., request
to operate and manage a public acoustical music show and public dancing at 1468
Olney Avenue, Suite 103/104;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
THAT: It is hereby established that Robert V. Jones, Vice President -
Director of Operations of Hubb's Inc., is the operator, manager or agent of a
permanent show or public dancing and amusement center within the City of Port
Orchard (acoustical music show and public dancing at 1468 Olney Avenue, Suite
103/104).
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day
of February, 1995
