A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR THE REDEMPTION OF THE WATER -SEWER
REVENUE BONDS, 1984.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard has outstanding $2,985,000, (after
meeting the April 1, 1994 debt payment) of its Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984,
(hereafter referred to as "Bonds") and has sufficient money on hand to provide
for the redemption of said "Bonds".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ORCHARD THAT:
The outstanding Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds are called for
redemption on April 1, 1994 at a price of 102% Par.
The City Treasurer shall provide for the Call for
Redemption and payment of those "Bonds" in accordance
with Ordinance No. 1264.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication f such passage this 14th
day of February, 1994.
