A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON APPROVING AND CERTIFYING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Department of the City of Port Orchard
has actively sought citizen input to improve the municipal parks and to
develop future programs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has maintained a consistent set of
goals for the municipal parks by incorporating the findings of the
Downtown Waterfront Revitalization Taskforce, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing to
review and discuss the proposed Comprehensive Park Plan for 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
THAT, the City of Port Orchard approves and certifies the
Comprehensive Park Plan for the City of Port Orchard.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 22nd day of August 1994.
