A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND TRANSFER LOAN FOR THE
ARTERIAL STREET FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is
authorized to make a temporary interfund transfer loan if needed, with
interest at 4.6% per annum, to cover budgeted road construction projects until
grant reimbursement funds are received:
From the Current Expense Fund to the Arterial Street Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED
by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
26th day of September, 1994.
