A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DESIGNATING CODE ENFORCEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard has an obligation to
protect the welfare of the citizens, and;
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard has established various
ordinances to regulate land use actions, public nuisances and similar
activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
The Associate Planner shall be designated the Code
Enforcement Officer and is authorized to perform the code enforcement
duties as specified in Ov44* ire-e—X —(44 and any subsequent amending
ordinances and/or regulation thereto. v�-
The City Planner is authorized to perform the code
enforcement duties as specified in Ordinance No. 1614 and any subsequent
amending ordinances and/or regulation thereto.
The City Clerk is responsible for maintaining a file copy of
the Code Enforcement Procedures Manual which will be the City's Official
Copy.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 10th day of October, 1994.
