A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON FINDING JERRY AND BARBARA SEITZ AS THE
OPERATOR, MANAGER OR AGENT OF A PERMANENT SHOW OR
PUBLIC AMUSEMENT CENTER
WHEREAS, Jerry and Barbara Seitz did petition the City of Port
Orchard, requesting permission to operate and manage public acoustical music show
at 724 Bay Street, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard did hold
a public hearing on October 10, 1994 as required in P.O.M.C. 5.20.020 to consider
Jerry and Barbara Seitz's request to operate and manage a public acoustical music
show at 724 Bay Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
THAT: It is hereby established that Jerry and Barbara Seitz
are the operators, managers or agents of a permanent show or public amusement
within the City of Port Orchard acoustical music show at 724 Bay Street).
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 24th of October 1994.
