A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DESIGNATING THE CITY SHORELINE
ADMINISTRATOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has adopted its Shoreline
Master Program, and
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Master Program requires a designated
Shoreline Administrator to manage the program and be responsible for its
implementation;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Planner, Ms. Donna Brown, is hereby designated as the
Shoreline Administrator for the City of Port Orchard and shall fulfil the
responsibilities as described in Part XI, of the City's Shoreline Master
Program.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 27th day of December, 1994.
