A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DESIGNATING THE CITY PLANNER AS THE
ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE OFFICIAL.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard
allows for administrative variances, as described in Chapter 8 of Ordinance
No. 1469, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance establishes the duties of the
Administraive Variance Official;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Planner, Ms. Donna Brown, is hereby designated the
Administrative Variance Official and shall fulfill the responsibilities as
established in Chapter 8 of the City Zoning Ordinance No. 1469.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 27th day of December, 1994.
