A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ESTABLISHING THE BOARD OF APPEALS, UNIFORM BUILDING
CODES.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard has adopted the Uniform
Building Codes; and
WHEREAS, The Uniform Building Codes provide for an appeals
process to be heard by the Board of Appeals;
THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does
hereby resolve:
The City Council shall serve as the Board of Appeals, for
matters relating to the Uniform Building Codes.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
9th day of November, 1992.
