January 6, 1993 RESOLUTION NO. 1625 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF GRANT AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Grant Avenue Right of Way, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, February 8, 1993 at 7:35 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The North 133.5 feet of the South 388.5 feet of that portion of Grant Avenue North of First Street as per the Plat of Sroufe's Addition to Sidney as per Plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 26, Records of Kitsap County, Washington; situate in Kitsap County, Washington. The aforesaid property is sixty-six feet (66) wide and one hundred thirty-three point five feet (133.5') long containing 8,811 square feet. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right--of--way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 28th day of December, 1992. LESLIE J.
