1564 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacate ROWPAX RESOLUTION NO. 1564 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE AN UNNAMED ALLEY IN BLOCK 2, SWEANY'S ADDITION TO SIDNEY. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington-, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of an unnamed alley in Block 2, Sweany's Addition to Sidney, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, February 25, 1991 at 7:45 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The south 150 feet of the 15 foot wide unnamed alley in Block 2, Sweany's Addition to Sidney, according to plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 55, records of Kitsap County, situate in Kitsap County, Washington, be vacated pursuant to RCW Chapter 35.79. The aforesaid portion of an unnamed alley in Block 2, Sweany's Addition to Sidney is fifteen (15') wide and one hundred and fifty (150') long containing approximately 2,250 square feet. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioner constitute more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 28th day of January, 1991. r r ESLIE J.
