A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1245
AND CREATING A PETTY CASH FUND IN THE PORT
ORCHARD CITY TREASURER'S OFFICE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1: THAT Resolution No. 1245 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2: THAT The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to create a Petty Cash Fund for the City of
Port Orchard in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00).
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk
in authentication of such passage this loth day of June,
1991.
