A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN
DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORTS
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard is the holder of the
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for
the Joint Wastewater Facility, and
WHEREAS, The monthly Discharge Monitoring Report to the
Department of Ecology requires the signature of the principal
executive officer or authorized agent,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The City Engineer is hereby designated as the
authorized agent of the City of Port Orchard and is authorized to
sign the Discharge Monitoring Report and other routine documents
associated with the NPDES and Joint Wastewater Facility.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of
such passage this loth day of June, 1991.
