A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, WHICH ESTABLISHES NEW
DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AMENDMENTS, REZONE, SUBDIVISION, PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT, DRAINAGE PLAN REVIEW,
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW, SHORELINE REVIEW,
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, SITE PLAN REVIEW,
SIGN PERMIT, HOME OCCUPATION, AND STREET
DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard desires to
establish such fees by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI_ON 1: That application fees for various land
use development permits as defined in Port Orchard Zoning
Ordinance No. 1469 are hereby established as follows:
A. FEE SCHEDULE,: The fees established for applications herein
shall be as follows for the purposes of defraying the costs
incidental to the proceedings:

B. If the Building Official determines that a duplication of fees
may exist, he/she may at his discretion reduce or eliminate
such duplication of fees. Under no circumstances shall fees be
entirely waived or a portion of fees be negotiated.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 24th day of June, 1991
