A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DESIGNATING THE CITY SHORELINE
ADMINISTRATOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has adopted its
Shoreline Master Program, and
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Master Program requires a
designated Shoreline Administrator to manage the program and
be resonsible for its implementation;
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
The City Planner, Mr. Bradford Davis, is hereby
designated as the Shoreline Administrator for the City of
Port Orchard and shall fulfil the responsibilities as
described in Part XI, of the City's Shoreline Master
Program.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 23rd day of September,
1991.

ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE
ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT AS
SUBMITTED BY BETTY LLOYD TO ALLOW
CONVERSION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICES ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 504 AUSTIN STREET.
Copies of Resolution No. 1583 are available for review at the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon
written request a statement of the full text of the Resolution
will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty
days after publication, copies of Resolution No. 1583 will be
provided at a nominal charge.
