1587 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacate ROWPUBL,SH: Port Orchard Independent October 23, 1991 RESOLUTION NO. 1587 "� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF FIR STREET AND A PORTION OF BAYVIEW STREET (DIVISION STREET). BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows: THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Fir Street and a portion of Bayview Street (Division Street) further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Tuesday, November 12, 1991 at 7:45 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that portion of Fir Street lying between Blocks 9 and 10, of the Plat of Wheeler's Addition to Sidney as per recorded Plat filed in Volume 1 page 61 of Plats record of Kitsap County, Washington, extending South from the North line of Lot 6, Block 9 of said Plat of Wheeler's Addition to the South line of Bayview Street (Division Street) as shown on the recorded Plat of Tom Cline's Addition to Sidney filed in Volume 1, page 29 of Plats. All that portion of Bayview Street (Division Street) in said Plat of Wheeler's Addition to Sidney, lying East of the West line of Block 9 and West of the East line of Lot 13, Block 9 of said Plat of Wheeler's Addition. Also all that portion of Bayview Street (Division Street) in said Plat of Tom Cline's Addition to Sidney, lying East of the West line of Block 9 of said Wheeler's Addition to Sidney and West of the East line of Lot 1 of Block 2 of Tom Cline's Addition to Sidney. The aforesaid, property is "L" shaped and is a 30,240 square foot tract of land located at the northerly end of sunset Lane Cemetery. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above describer) area. The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
