1527 - Resolution - Special Use Permit to Rodney OllasRESOLUTION NO. 1527 V- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO RODNEY M. OLLAS FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has held the required public hearings in accordance with the criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of Ordinance No. 1163, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard, and; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended approval of the application by Rodney M. 011as, and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting forth their findings and recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard does adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 137-89, with Findings, Facts and Conclusions as their own and hereby approves the issuance of a Special Use Permit to convert an existing storage shed into a warehouse and sheetmetal shop at 510 DeKalb Street, in accordance with the conditions imposed by Ordinance No. 1163, Chapter 5. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 24 N, RANGE 1 E, W.M.; SIDNEY S.M. STEVENS', LOT 5, 6 AND 8, BLOCK 2. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of January, 1990. LESLIE J.
