A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR CITY COUNCIL
MEMBERS TO SERVE AS VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS
OR RESERVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, as follows:
THAT in accordance with RCW 35.21.770 the Mayor and City
Council Members may serve as volunteer firefighters or reserve law
enforcement officers and receive the same compensation, insurance and
other benefits as are applicable to other volunteer firefighters or
reserve law enforcement officers of the City ❑f Port Orchard.
