1531 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacate ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1531 ✓ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF BAY STREET. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, as fellows; THAT a Public Hearing on the petition to Vacate a portion of Bay Street further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, April 9, 1990 at 7:45 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of Bay Street adjoining Lots F, G & H, Block 23, Plat of Annapolis, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Pages 64 and 65, records of Kitsap County, Washington described as follows: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot F, said Block 23, on the West right-of-way margin of Bay Street; thence North 29*48'30" East along said West margin 90.00 feet; thence South 60*11'30" East 30.00 feet to the centerline of Bay Street; thence South 29*48'30" West 90.00 feet; thence North 60*11'30" West 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. The aforesaid, is thirty feet (30') wide and ninety feet (90') long containing 2,700 square feet. The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above described area. The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE! Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12th day of March, 1990. �r LESLIE J.
